Its not easy losing weight in general try dieting on the Holidays. It was hard. I had some horrible days. It was difficult to stay motivated. BUT IT POSSIBLE. This low part of my fitness journey is not my down fall. Ive learn a lot from this small break. Like binge eating. I still do that. But I’m able to control myself more than before.
I also learned working out while on the road and traveling is a lot easier than I thought it would be. Having a gym membership to a chain gym worked in my favor and I was able to use my membership in other states! Dieting on the Holidays is hard… but it doable
